H & H TOOL SERVICE INC. Offers SALES, RENTALS and REPAIRS of most major brands of tools and accessories.

SALES: We sell tools and accessories. We cater to the construction industry. Specializing in electrical, mechanical, plumbing contractors, and turbine repair, waterproofing and pest control companies to name a few. We carry power & hand tools, ladders, material handling equipment, safety equipment and much much more !!!!!!

RENTALS: We carry all types of rental equipment. Our equipment is maintained regularly to insure your job goes smoothly. We also carry specialized equipment, and hard to find rentals.

TOOL REPAIR: We offer an in house tool repair facility. H & H Tool Service is fully capable of repairing most major brands of Air, Electric and Hydraulic tools. We are also an Authorized Service/Warranty center for Milwaukee Electric Tools, Metabo Power Tools and Hitachi Tools. Our repair department is fast and accurate. Most tools can be fixed in about 3 days.

USED TOOLS: We do offer used tools when they are available. These tools do come with a warranty. Warranty terms differ depending on the tools. Contact us for details.

DELVIERY LOCAL: We offer FREE pick up and delivery in Houston and surrounding areas. Minimum purchase is required.

ACCOUNTS: We do offer payment terms to businesses that open an account with us. If you would like to open an account please contact us so that we may send you a credit application.

Refund/Exchange: In order to obtain a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and returned in the original box and/or packaging, or the product must be defective. All refunds and/or Exchanges must have prior approval by H & H Tool Service. Refunds are for the cost of the product only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All Returns: must be received with in 30days and are subject to a restocking fee. For most items the fee will be 15% to 20%. All Returns must have prior approval by H & H Tool Service. Please contact us for a return Authorization.

Specialty Items: Any order on an item that is considered to be a specialty item, cannot be cancelled or returned. If the item is not working properly, or is defective, the item can be taken to an authorized service center for repair. This repair may be covered under warranty.

Gas or Diesel-powered items can not be returned once they have been oiled and/or gas has been added. If the item is not working properly or it is defective the item needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Shipping: We offer shipping through UPS and Motor Freight. The risk of loss and title for merchandise is passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier. H & H Tool Service is not responsible, or liable for any damage arising from shipment. If your merchandise arrives damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package immediately. This matter Will be handled with the carrier not H & H Tool Service Inc. If there is any other problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours from the time you receive the shipment. If it is not during our regular business hours then you can e-mail us and will contact you as soon as possible.

Rentals: On local rentals the rental period shall begin when the Equipment leaves the Lessor's (H & H Tool Service Inc.) warehouse, and shall end when the equipment is returned to the lessor’s warehouse or receiving point. On out-of-town rentals, the rental period shall begin on and include the date of the bill of lading of shipment to the Lessee and shall end on and include the date of return to the Lessor’s warehouse of receiving point. Lessee remains responsible for the Equipment until a rental return receipt is received from Lessor. A rental contract will accompany the rental merchandise.
